TAILOR-MADE OPPORTUNITIES
Every participant is unique, with different skills, goals, and expectations. That is why we do not believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach. Before the mobility begins, we work closely with partner institutions and participants to gather information about their academic background, professional interests, and personal preferences. Based on this profile, we search for and secure internship placements in companies or organisations that are best suited to their needs.
Our wide network of trusted partners in Valencia includes businesses in diverse sectors such as administration, marketing, tourism, hospitality, IT, education, health, and many more. Whether the participant is a student seeking their first professional experience or a vocational trainee looking to enhance technical skills, we are able to match them with a host company that provides real opportunities for learning and growth.
QUALITY AND SUPERVISION
We carefully select our host organisations to ensure that they are committed to providing a safe and enriching environment. Each company is evaluated for its ability to offer meaningful tasks, appropriate supervision, and a professional setting where participants can develop both hard and soft skills.
During the placement, we maintain close contact with both the host organisation and the participant. Regular monitoring allows us to make sure that the internship objectives are being met and that any challenges are addressed quickly. This follow-up process also reassures sending institutions that their students are progressing in line with project expectations.

We also believe in the importance of balance. While professional development is central, cultural and social experiences are equally valuable.
